Our Doctors

Lindsay O'Nan, DC

I was born in Henderson, KY and attended Georgetown College earning a bachelor’s degree in biology. During undergrad, I suffered from a significant condition in my low back that was only correctly diagnosed and treated through chiropractic care. It inspired me to attend chiropractic school at Logan College of Chiropractic in St Louis. There, I received a bachelor’s degree in human biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. I returned to Lexington, KY in 2012 and have called it my home ever since.

I love treating families, especially being a part of a child’s neurological development. I also enjoy educating people on how to achieve and maintain health. Some of my favorite conditions to treat are:

  • headaches and migraines
  • sinus issues
  • ear infections
  • food sensitivities
  • anxiety

I enjoy spending time with my husband Patrick, my daughter Blakely, and dog Murphy. I love spending time outdoors, traveling and UK basketball.

Ellen Collins, DC

I am from Hazard, KY. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Transylvania University in 2014. I then went to pursue a Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University in Marietta, GA.

After graduating in 2017, I worked as an associate chiropractor in my hometown. During my time in practice, I have had the pleasure of working with patients of all ages. I love being a part of a family practice and working with women throughout their pregnancy using the Webster technique. If I had to pick, some of my favorite conditions to treat would be:

  • dizziness
  • vertigo
  • pregnancy
  • headaches
  • slipped ribs

I now live in Lexington, KY with my dog, Bailey. In my free time, I enjoy spending time at the lake, reading, and traveling.

I have lived in Nicholasville, Kentucky for most of my life. I love to spend time with family, read, garden (even though I’m not very good at it), and powerlift. I found chiropractic care after I got hurt in 2020 and couldn’t work or move normally for months. It wasn’t until I tried care here at BFC that I was able to find relief and become even better than before!  Now, I work the front desk here at Brannon Family Chiropractic and help keep things running smoothly in the office. I love that chiropractic care can make so many positive changes in a person’s life and put them in a better place than they thought they could be!
