Have questions?

I was born in Henderson, KY and attended Georgetown College earning a bachelor’s degree in biology. During undergrad, I suffered from a significant condition in my low back that was only correctly diagnosed and treated through chiropractic care. It inspired me to attend chiropractic school at Logan College of Chiropractic in St Louis. There, I received a bachelor’s degree in human biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. I returned to Lexington, KY in 2012 and have called it my home ever since.
I love treating families, especially being a part of a child’s neurological development. I also enjoy educating people on how to achieve and maintain health. Some of my favorite conditions to treat are:
headaches and migraines
sinus issues
ear infections
food sensitivities
anxiety
I enjoy spending time with my husband Patrick, my kiddos, and dog Murphy. I love spending time outdoors, traveling and UK basketball.

I am from Hazard, KY. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Transylvania University in 2014. I then went to pursue a Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University in Marietta, GA.
After graduating in 2017, I worked as an associate chiropractor in my hometown. During my time in practice, I have had the pleasure of working with patients of all ages. I love being a part of a family practice and working with women throughout their pregnancy using the Webster technique. If I had to pick, some of my favorite conditions to treat would be:
dizziness
vertigo
pregnancy
headaches
slipped ribs
I now live in Lexington, KY with my dog, Bailey. In my free time, I enjoy spending time at the lake, reading, and traveling.

As the office manager, I enjoy helping create a warm and welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. I love Chiropractic care because it offers a natural approach to health and wellness and I especially enjoy seeing the positive impact it can have on individuals and families. It's rewarding to be a part of a practice that supports healthier, happier lives. Chiropractic care has helped boost my energy levels and enhanced my overall sense of well-being. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking cooking and spending quality time with my family and grandson.
Headaches, vertigo, anxiety, ear infections — we treat the whole person.
Babies, kids, pregnant mamas, and everyone in between. We've seen it all and we love every bit of it.
Dr. Lindsay and Dr. Ellen have different specialties, which means more of what your family needs under one roof.
From newborn adjustments to prenatal Webster technique — gentle, specific, and always age-appropriate.
Sports injuries, recovery, and performance. Dry needling, cupping, and targeted adjustments to keep you at your best.

My primary problem was significant pain in my low back that radiated into my knee. I also had a wrist/elbow problem. The lower back/knee pain interrupted my sleep and made it difficult or impossible for me to hike (I hike weekly – for fun and monthly for work). I also couldn’t sit for long at work, so it impacted my productivity. The wrist/elbow pain made it difficult for me to write somedays and reaching for things was difficult.
I almost forgot I had wrist/elbow pain because it has been a non-issue since the 2nd or 3rd treatment. The lower back and knee pain is significantly better. I have been hiking again and Dr. Ellen gave me some stretches to do to continue home care. I feel stronger and more healthy since starting care – not just for the problems that I had – but overall my body just feels good. My posture is improving because my body knows what it should feel like. I am so grateful for the care I have received.
My advice would be to listen to your body – you know when things aren’t “right”. Chiropractic care is the key to help your body heal – trust yourself, ask questions and be patient with the changes. Incremental changes are a strong foundation for long term well-being.
