I sought out help from Dr. Lindsay when I really started noticing the tension in my neck and shoulders and how it was affecting my training. I couldn’t properly do certain exercises because of the discomfort. I would be sore, have headaches, and even optical migraines after “aggravating” my neck. I had learned to avoid disturbing the area.

Since starting care, I have realized how bad the problem actually was. Sometimes you don’t realize how bad something is because you’ve gotten so used to it. After my adjustment, I had so much relief it showed me how much pain I had become used to but what kind of relief was possible. It gets better each time I visit.

Just like the gym- show up, do the work, and stay consistent. The results will come.
